Happy Hour

Howdy!  Last night I headed over to Paris Club in Chicago with a few work friends.  It was such a beautiful day that we wanted to sit outside somewhere.  Paris Club has an awesome roof top that seems hidden away and a bit of a secret.

The roof is retractable, which is so smart with our Chicago seasons.  

My coworker Jamie ordered Effen Cucumber Vodka with water and a splash of ginger ale.  It was so refreshing.  I think it may be my new favorite summer drink.  Do you guys have any summer drink suggestions?
