Christmas Cookies

KT & I are planning on making Christmas cookies when she gets back to Chicago on 12/23 and I really want to get the following items from William-Sonoma:

We will make the standard sugar cookie but we like to buy our frosting from Sweet Mandy B's (where my wedding cake was from).  They have the most amazing frosting.  Hopefully these cookies will be a big hit!  What treats do you like to make for the holidays?
