Posh Pumpkins

While cruising my fave blogs, I stumbled across these amazing designer pumpkins.  How creative and girly... if I wasn't heading out of town for the Halloween weekend I would whip one up.  See them all here.

Do you have any creative / pumpkin decorating ideas???

PS.  The Anna Wintour pumpkin is frightening, don't you think???

Bethenny is at it again...

This girl seriously knows how to sell herself.  Most recently, Bethenny Frankel, has teamed up with Drybar (which we posted about a few weeks ago).  Drybar know offers a special Skinnygirl Ponytail.

Via
Each pony comes with a complimentary Skinnygirl cocktail either the new white Cranberry Cosmo or the original fave, Skinnygirl Maragarita while you get your hair did!  KT, our Mom, and I may have to try this when we get our hair done in November.

3-Story Slide, OMG!

Hey Bedoozled Readers,

I am counting down the days until my family from Chicago makes it the Big Apple.  My parents, siblings, and brother-in-law will all be in town the 2nd weekend of November and we have lots to squeeze in during their 24-hour stay.  This is stop #1 www.newmuseum.org/ . The New Museum's exhibit looks amazing and opens today!!!  It is called the Carston Höller: Experience, and it is a playground for grown ups.  I am especially excited for the 3-STORY SLIDE!  I just hope my 6'-7" Dad doesn't get stuck in it! hahaha.

Via

Read more about it on one of our favorite blogs.  Jo was lucky and got a sneak peak of the exhibit...http://joannagoddard.blogspot.com/2011/10/new-museum-playground.html

What is Next is Nest...

"What if I told you Tony Fadell's (who left Apple back in 2008) creation is a new twist on something far, far less revolutionary -- the thermostat?" -Ed Oswald (read more here)

Via
Nest Labs has come out with a really cool and smart thermostat.  If you are sick of crazy heating and cooling bills then this is the device for you! The device costs $249 and begins shipping on November 14th.  What do you think, will you spend that kinda cash on something that could end up saving you and the planet in the long run?

Sandra Lee does Halloween

Curbed made a post showcasing some of Sandra Lee's best Halloween episodes.  I think Anthony Bourdain said it best about Sandra Lee, "I hate her works on this planet, but she is not someone to be dismissed, clearly."

See more pictures here.

Harry Potter Tour

Are you heading to London next year?  Maybe you are going for the Olympics?  Well if you are in London-town you need to check out the new Warner Bros. Studio Tour of all the sets they used to make the Harry Potter films.  The tour starts March 31, 2012 but you can already pre-order tickets.

http://www.wbstudiotour.co.uk/tour/tour/

The tour will be in Studios 'J' and 'K' which just happen to be the author's name, J.K. Rowling.

What do you think?  Worth going?

The Dry Bar

Have you guys heard about Dry Bar?  They do not cut or color hair.  They simply just wash and style it.  I think it is a fantastic idea.  For $35 you can get your hair done.  I don't know about you but I suck at curling my hair.  I would totally pay $35 for a professional to do it for me.  They recently opened their first NYC location.  I am heading out there in November to celebrate KT's bday.  Maybe we should head over there before we go to dinner at Buddakan???

iPhone

Are you guys watching any of the live news feeds about the Apple event?

Via

I am following the Wall Street Journal here.  I think it is amazing how Apple can get people so excited about a new product.  I need a new iPhone so I am hoping that they release the iPhone 5 soon for AT&T users.
